The chairs are broken; the seat, when we sat on it, cracked and was so unsafe. The chairs don't look like good quality. Both the chairs broke in the seat when we sat on them.

I am a tourist from Hong Kong, I had been shopping at big w and Woolworths during the visit in Australia in early April 2025. However, I was rejected by the Australia Tourist Refund Scheme by the customs at the airport, because your staff gave me a duplicate receipt when she tore the original one accidentally.
Even though I asked her about the TRS and the tax refundable items, she didnt give me an original receipt.

I'll start by saying that I shouldn't have to google your customer service email, it seems pretty clear that your organisation is trying to avoid actual service. I understand it's outside hours now which is fine but your chat bot is useless and I'll be working Monday while your phone line is manned.
I bought my daughter today a Roblox gift card she chose off the shelf at your tea tree plaza store.
When we got home we found it had already been scratched. Attached is a pic of the card and receipt showing the time it was bought.
The cashier attendant did something to enable the date or something and I suspect whoever stole this would have some system to immediately use it. Please advise how we can redeem on our purchase

I ordered a PlayStation five disc drive which I thought was from big W but it wasnt. It was from knives online at marketplace which Ive never heard of before and they shipped me a set of scales that cost $144.
I dont need a set of scales And no one can tell me why theyve shipped the scales Ive been passed back-and-forth from marketplace. They told me to contact big WBW tells me to contact marketplace. I believe they have a major major scam going on scan alert scam alert. I am yet to receive my product and it has been over three weeks.
I havent even received this scales that are coming. Wheres my product? Wheres my refund? Wheres something?
Wheres communication? I got put on the phone to some Indian I didnt give a damn what I was saying hung up on me. I called back. Spoke to somebody else and that person pretended to be the manager changing their voice but you cannot change a *** persons voice unless everyone working at the Customer services *** And Im not trying to be rude there big W and big W marketplace whole company big W Woolworths whatever just money hungry idiots scamming everyone so I honestly do not shop there they lie.

It's very stressful I need tech support soon please the speaker keeps disconnecting & reconnecting then just turning off. I've reset network settings and bluetooth cache too charged it fully & restarted my phone been googling it all day plus I've even tried connecting with an Aux IN Cable I'm totally unsure I may need help performing a reset on it too.
